In the Rushon raion, the Bartang River is fed by the waters of its tributaries descending from the Pamir peaks, before flowing into the Panj. Sometimes, these glacial waters spread out at the bottom of the valley to form a small emerald-green lake, ‘Sabzi Kul’. Jisev, Tajikistan.
