The rapidly changing centre is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/novastan.org\/en\/uyghur-region\/china-in-central-asia-fact-checking-and-myth-busting\/\">giving pride of place to Chinese real estate investments<\/a><\/strong>, transforming the urban landscape at great speed.
