The wall and the surrounding ruins and buildings belong to the complex Aalam-Ordo, literally the &#8220;center of the universe&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Begun in 2007, it was supposed to be a center for culture, science and spirituality, however it was never completed.
