In the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wakhan_Corridor\">Wakhan corridor<\/a><\/strong>, I stood in front of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Engels_Peak\">Engels Glacier,<\/a><\/strong> surrounded by grazing cows and caught in a golden light that transformed the landscape into a stage set.
