<p class="wp-block-paragraph">‘During my two-month hitchhiking trip across Central Asia, the<strong><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pamir_Mountains"> Pamir Mountains</a></strong> stole my heart. In the <strong><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wakhan_Corridor">Wakhan corridor</a></strong>, I stood in front of the <strong><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engels_Peak">Engels Glacier,</a></strong> surrounded by grazing cows and caught in a golden light that transformed the landscape into a stage set. It was a divine moment on the roof of the world.’<br>Some authors refer to the Pamir as the Biblical Eden and Mount Ararat, where Noah is said to have set foot after the Flood.</p>
