Residents know they will be evicted one day. New buildings are already springing up in the district, as well as new infrastructures, more in line with the real needs of the inhabitants: schools, shops, playgrounds. The uncertainty of the actual dates of eviction is making residents anxious. They already look back on their gardens with nostalgia, as if this district with the charm of another time already belongs to the past.</p>
